SHRINK FILM
“Tershrink” Shrink Film represents a versatile packaging solution and it’s used through a heat shrinking process performed both automatically and manually.
The automatic application is done through specialized machinery such as hooding machines, wrapping machines and heat shrink ovens. Thanks to the heat, the shrink film adheres completely to the product ,guaranteeing stability during transportation and total protection from atmospheric agents, light and dust during handling and storage.
Shrink Film is fully customisable to meet specific customer requirements. Available options include:
Tubular film in rolls
Gusseted tubular film in rolls is used in special “hooding” palletizing lines that tailor the hood to the height of the pallet by automated cutting and welding . Heat shrinking is then achieved using special ovens. This is ideal for large production lines with a high number of packed pallets per day, such as in the ceramics, brick, cement, building adhesives, glass, industry, etc.;

Customized hoods
Classic Gusseted Hoods are custom-made for pallet protection, and they can be used with manual heating methods or in special ovens. They are produced starting from Gusseted Tubular and then cut and welded according to the sizes required by the customer, with less than 2% error margin.

Mega bags
These are gusseted or non-gusseted Shrink Hoods of large and exceptionally large dimensions (up to 6 meters) and are ideal for pallets with heights of exceeding 4 meters from the ground, accommodating a range of items including ceramic samples, large slabs, bathtubs, shower boxes, etc.
